Refund Policy
Series purchases and Spa Packages are non refundable. Gift certificate purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase provided you possess the original receipt. Skincare products or Elaine Sterling merchandise may not be returned or refunded if opened or partially used. Skincare products and merchandise can be returned within 10 days of purchase provided the product has not been opened and you present the original receipt. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
