Refund Policy
Series purchases and Spa Packages are non refundable.Gift certificates can be redeemed for services or retail products. Please present the gift certificate at the time of the appointment or retail purchase. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will not be refunded. Gift certificates do not expire. Gift certificate purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase provided you possess the original receipt. The refund for the gift certificate will be issued back to the original purchase method. Skincare products or Elaine Sterling merchandise may not be returned or refunded if opened or partially used. Skincare products and merchandise can be returned within 10 days of purchase provided the product has not been opened and you present the original receipt.

Spa Bonus Cards
During gift certificate promotions, we occasionally offer gift certificate specials, i.e. $75 purchase of a gift certificate and you receive a $25 Spa Bonus Card. Bonus cards are valid 4 weeks from the date of the purchase of the gift certificate, and must be used within a 4 week period. All relevant information will be listed on the back of your Spa Bonus Gift card upon purchase. In order to redeem Bonus cards, they must be present at the time of your appointment. Bonus Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
