Spa Etiquette

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service
• Please allow 24 hours prior to your service to cancel your appointment
• Children under 18 having spa services must have parent sign informed consent.
• Due to safety concerns, no children are to be left unattended during client services.
• No babies or children allowed in spa rooms or clinic floor during parent services.
• Cell phones should be turned off at all times.
• ESI is not responsible for any property loss or damages incurred while at the institute
• A bathing suit is required for all tanning and sauna services, bathing suits are not provided by ESI.

Spa Services not available on Sunday or Mondays. No checks accepted.
